Anastasia Ballasy, an 8th grader at Nativity of Our Lord School, recently concluded her 3rd annual toilet paper drive to benefit the St. Vincent de Paul Society. She set up a drop off box in her school for students to participate and solicited family and friends for help as well.
Her own goal was to collect 500 rolls for this needy cause. She was more than elated to tally the final count of 908 rolls of toilet paper that was recently dropped off at a meeting of the St. Vincent de Paul Society.
Nativity of Our Lord School was happy to help Anastasia in her efforts and along with her parents, Cecilia and Lawrence Ballasy, is very proud of her committment to service.
