Centennial Operations Committee to Meet Monday
A donation of "unusable" furniture, replacement of the residential curbs along Maple Avenue, and the WTHS graduation video are just a few of the items planned for discussion and review at Monday's meeting.
The Centennial School Board Operations Committee is scheduled to meet this evening at 7 p.m., in the board meeting room at the Johnsville Administration building, 433 Centennial Raod, Warminster.
The following items are just a few of the topics set for discussion this evening, according to the posted agenda:
- Updates on all of the district's ongoing construction projects.
- Possible donation of unusable furniture and other items from the soon-to-be shuttered Stackpole Elementary School and Longstreth Elementary School.
- A proposal for an approximately $10,000 change in the plan for the restoration of residential curbing along Maple Avenue, following the construction of the new Davis Elementary Building.
- Review of bids for the following: repaving at Willow Dale and WTHS, the gym and stage flooring at Willow Dale, playground installation at Willow Dale, a new diving board for the high school pool and the graduation video for WTHS.
