- 1070 Grenoble Rd. sold for $620,000, 4 bedrooms, 3 bath, 1.65 acre lot.
- 386 Hatboro Rd. sold for $344,900, 3 bedrooms, 3 bath, .79 acre lot.
- 108 Strawberry Ct. sold for $235,000, 3 bedrooms, 3 bath, 2,996 sq. ft. townhome.
- 1267 Pebblebrook Rd. sold for $235,000, 4 bedrooms, 2 bath, .30 acre lot.

As a local mortgage lender we are seeing homebuyer activity spike. With property values down 25% (approx) from their highs and interest rates in the 3's, buyers are faced with considerably more buying power. When rates were at 6% a $1200 mortgage payment would get you a $200,000 mortgage. Now that will get you a $265,000 mortgage. With both rates and values so low its a great time to buy. That being said its still a buyers market and with a large inventory of distressed properties out there, buyers should be selective and not afraid to haggle the price down.
