Ivyland Resident Charged In Fatal Hit-and-Run
Ivyland resident Brett Truskin, 22, is suspected of driving drunk and killing a bicyclist in the Kensington section of Philadelphia.

11/19/11: Less than two weeks away from Thanksgiving, a bicyclist was killed when he was struck head-on by a vehicle operated by an Ivyland resident, several Philadelphia media outlets reported.
The striking vehicle was operated by Brett Truskin, 22, who police suspect was driving under the influence and out-of-control, NBCPhiladelphia.com reported.
The accident occured in the Kensington section of Philadelphia Friday evening.

Allegedly, Truskin struck the cyclist, who has not yet been identified by authorities and continued driving striking several other cars, including one driven by a pizza delivery man, according to information reported by Philly.com and NBCPhiladelphia.
The pizza delivery man remains in the hospital, Philly.com reported.

NBCPhiladelphia reported Truskin tried to flee the scene on foot after the accident but was detained by a bystander.
The Ivyland resident has been charged with several crimes including involuntary manslaughter and homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence, court records show.
