- Mascaro's has released it's schedule for residential trash pick-up for Thanksgiving. There will be no trash/recycling/yard waste collected on Thursday. Any resident scheduled for trash pick-up on Thursday will have a double trash pick up on Monday. Any resident scheduled for recycling for Thursday will be picked up the following Thursday. Any resident scheduled for yard waste pick-up for Thursday will be picked up the following Thursday.
- The Planning Commission meeting scheduled for tonight at 7 p.m. has been canceled. The commission is scheduled to meet again Dec. 5 at 7 p.m. at the township administration complex.

- Kevin Clash, the puppeteer who provides the voice of Elmo on "Sesame Street," resigned Tuesday after a man filed a lawsuit accusing him of conducting an underage sexual relationship, CNN reports. The lawsuit was filed in a New York court Tuesday, a week after another accuser recanted his claim that Clash, now 52, engaged him in underage sex.
