this part of street rd where the man was struck has a very large shoulder and 2 traffic lights about 7 houses apart there is no reason for anyone to be speeding down a shoulder in a residential neighbor hood, not only are there houses here but a daycare and school bus terminal, this is a shame and who knows how many people pasted right by him that night while he lay on the side of the road yelling for help, my 17 year old niece heard him and had to look around to find him this is a shame and this is the only thing written about the poor man how do they thing they are going to find the person that did this. he was left to die at the end of his own driveway in the freezing cold, and all the man wanted to do was get his trash cans and put them away. this is a shame. I pray for his recovery and for his family

As part of the previous land development approvals, many properties have already committed to install sidewalks if and when the BoS requires the sidewalks. This would be at the expense of the owner.

Mr Quinn I agree 100%.......I guess we need more people to get hit by cars before a law or requirement is presetned or voted on.
