The Warminster Board of Supervisors gave a proclamation to Sean McGinley last week in recognition of his earning the rank of Eagle Scout last year.
McGinley achieved the rank by clearing out a quarter-acre section of the Churchville Nature Center and planting 12 tree saplings.
