I can't believe this happened at Buck Landing (insert sarcasm.) I have said it once and I will say it again, they need to clean this place up. What a cesspool.

Yeah, I've been seeing a lot of reports about the place.

But don't blame the whole place, molesters live everywhere. Some even coach football and run charities for kids.

I can't imagine what it must be like to be just a person wanting to get by without drama and having to live in a place like the Landings. What's the deal with the police substation...is it manned 24/7 or just whenever they can get to it?

A) Is he an illegal alien? B) When is the township going to realize Bucks Landing is the designated homestead for the majority of violent and perverted criminals residing in Warminster?

I am so sick of reading about child lurings and pedophiles. Castration needed as well as a tattoo scarlet letter to warn us. Enough is enough.

Did it ever dawn on the owners of Bucks Landing that once you need a police "substation" in your complex you obviously have a major problem! And if he is an illegal let the owners have some sort of consequence to leasing to people who are not U.S. citizens.

Maybe if enough Warminster citizens ban together to do something about this haven for "illegal aliens" then action will be taken. I agree with the fact that the owners, who live in New York, should be fined for having known illegals living in their complex. These owners couldn't care less as long as they are getting their profit from this place.

What legal recourse can Warminster Township pursue against the owners of Bucks Landing? I would hope our Township officials have already explored these options and are in the process of doing all they can to ensure the safety of our community.

I agree Bucks Landing needs to be demolished. The owners should be fined and/or jailed for allowing illigeal immigrants to live there. Don't you need to have an SSN number for a credit check in order to rent.

The problem with the SS# and credit check is the apartment may be rented to one legal person who has 9 illegals living there. Immigration needs to be called in to run thru the place and check green cards.
