Winner: Best Cupcakes in Warminster
The Warminster Patch readers have chosen their favorite place to get the tasty treats.
It started off slow, but by the end of the week, King of Tarts bakery has emerged as the Warminster Patch Readers' Choice for best cupcakes in town.
started out with an early lead, but by Wednesday the King of Tart fans rallied and ended up giving the recently opened bakery 60 percent of the 125 votes cast. Rilling's had to settle for second place with 25 percent.
King of Tarts in Hartsville is owned by Donna and Paul Eisemann and located in a barn that dates back to the 1700s. The Eisemann's previously operated The Homestead bakery in Warminster, according to an in Warminster Patch in February.

The Eisemann's tout more than just their cupcakes for customers to satisfy their sweet tooth.
"We have the best cream donut you'll ever taste," Donna told Patch. "But we wanted to make sure we did everything and have an old-time bakery like the ones we grew up with."
