It’s the perfect time to put your feet to the pavement - or grass - in search of the best yard sale deals around. Here's a starting point for sales scheduled this weekend in our area compiled from Craigslist.org advertisements and the Patch events calendar.

Warminster

934 Dogwood Rd. Garage sale. Sat. 8 a.m.-noon. Writing desk, furniture, tea cart and much more.

Nevarc Rd. Neighborhood yard sale. Sat. 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Window air conditioner, vintage Fisher radio, coffee maker, treadmill, household items, clothing, car tools, much more.

Warrington

Dogleg Dr. Community yard sale at the Townhomes on the Fairways. Sat. 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Clothes, antiques, TVs, VCRs, toys, scooters and more.

2683 Pickertown Rd. Big garage sale. Sat. 7:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Bikes, Halloween costumes, baby furniture, lamps, Christmas decorations and more.

1314 Bronco Cir. Garage sale. Sat. 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Infant clothes, bouncers, bassinette, swing, jumper, toys, yard stuff, small refrigerator, much more.

Hatboro

The Village Players of Hatboro, 401 Jefferson Ave., Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The playhouse will be selling old props, clothes, audio equipment, records and more. Item donations accepted and will be tagged and sold. All proceeds benefit the playhouse’s quest to replace its antiquated air-conditioning system.  

10 Woodland Ave., Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Various furniture, art and home goods.

56 Edward Road, Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Items include TVs, jewelry, toys, books, movies, household goods and clothing. 

328 E. Moreland Ave., Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Lots of vintage décor, tools, electric kitchen appliances and odds and ends available. No early birds. Will not be held if it rains. 

407 Bensal Rd. Multi-family yard sale. Sat. 8:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Toys, board games, cookbooks, gardening books, handbags, household items, kids’ bikes, helmets, knee pads, decorative plates, lots more.

108 Butternut Dr., (near Hallowell Elementary School and Horsham Inn) Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Most items priced $1 or less. Items include household goods, clothing, furniture, gardening materials and more. 

Upper Southampton

1121 Davisville Rd. Yard sale. Sat. 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Housewares, womens’ shoes (size 10), framed pictures, kids’ clothing, much more.
