DESCRIPTION:All participants\, ages 10-16 years\,&nbsp\;for this class (P
 VP only) must show proof of swimming proficiency i.e. from the YMCA\, Re
 d Cross\, Scout\, Fanny Chapman\, or a school district with a certificat
 e of completion. Working with paddleboats\, rowboats\, canoes and kayaks
 \, participants learn the basics of boating safety and the fundamentals 
 of paddling\, and rowing. Each student who completes the course receives
  a Bucks County Dept. of Parks and Recreation Certificate of Completion.
 &nbsp\; Wear swimsuit\, secure water shoes (no flip flops). Bring a towe
 l\, beverages\, snacks &amp\; sunscreen. Class meets at Peace Valley Par
