Pilates focuses on strengthening the core of the body using a specific breathing technique and challenging the abdominals in exercises that work all other parts of the body as well. This class will definitely not only trim and strengthen your abdominal area, it will also improve alignment, flexibility, stability and stamina. If you have your own mat, please bring it! Not available for mix & match. Dates & Times subject to change with new instructor availability.
