Join us for a trip to Jim Thorpe,
named one of the five most beautiful towns in America by Rand McNally and USA
Today. Upon arrival, we’ll be taking a
scenic train ride along the Lehigh River.
The rest of the afternoon is “on your own” but we suggest touring the
Victorian splendor of the Asa Packer Mansion, visiting with ghosts at the Olde
Jail, eating at the interesting restaurants or just browsing the quaint shops
along Broadway.

More About Warminster Community Park
Constructed on the grounds of the former Naval Air Development Center, Warminster Community Park serves as the focal point for most of Warminster's outdoor programs. The expansive grounds feature a large playground facility, the Bark Park for dogs, basketball courts and the use of the former runway for skating and biking.
