Get fit, have fun and raise funds for a worthy cause. Zumba is a great way to exercise while dancing to the Latin rhythms of salsa and merengue music. You don’t need a partner for this one—but it’s even more fun with friends. Proceeds benefit the Women’s Recovery Community Center in New Britain, which offers a variety of support services to help women sustain long-term recovery. The first 50 people to register will receive a free T-shirt.

More About SMG SportsPlex
SMG SportsPlex is an indoor sports complex with programs for individuals of all ages starting at only 18 months old. The complex offers sports leagues, camps and parties for children as well as adults.
Types of adult leagues offered include basketball, flag football, field hockey, volleyball and basketball. Types of children's leagues offered include soccer, lacrosse, volleyball and futsal.
The complex is composed of three multisport surfaces and three boardless fields, and is available to rent for all types of occasions.
