ON JUNE 11, CENTENNIAL SUPERINTENDENT LOOKS AT WHERE DISTRICT HAS BEEN AND WHERE IT IS HEADED

On June 11, 2014, Centennial School District Superintendent Dr. Joyce A. Mundy will summarize her entry plan initiative at a public meeting. Since her appointment as superintendent in July 2013, Mundy has made the plan a priority.

During the 2013-2014 school year, stakeholders were invited to participate in discussions about the state of the District and improved communication strategies were introduced. Long term goals are being formulated to build upon the District’s current success and promote excellence in education.

One June 11, Mundy will share, on behalf of the District’s administration and the Board of School Directors, the summary of the entry plan initiative.  This event will include a presentation of a Framework for the Future, which captures Centennial’s vision.

“The participation and collaboration of the entire community since the beginning of the school year has contributed to a more vital, vibrant, engaging community.  The District team is truly excited to apply the insights and information shared during this process to create a strong framework which ensures the success of our students. I am eager to share this information with the community,” said Mundy.

The presentation will begin at 7:00 p.m. at the William Tennent High School Auditorium, 333 Centennial Road, Warminster. Students, parents, community members, staff members and anyone ready to embrace the future of Centennial School District are invited to attend.

Please call the District at 215-441-6000, ext. 11003 with questions.
