Brrrr! Colder Temps on the Way
The growing season is coming to an end, the National Weather Service says.

Chilly autumn weather will continue for the next few days, with the National Weather Service having issued a frost advisory Wednesday night for the northern sections of Bucks and Montgomery counties.
In the lower portions of Bucks, meanwhile, nighttime temperatures will be cool but not cool enough for any watches or advisories.
The weather service also says the growing season likely will end for a large portion of its Mount Holly, N.J., office's forecast area by Saturday morning. That area includes the Lehigh Valley and Bucks and Montgomery counties.
The frost declaration was for late Wednesday into Thursday morning. But the weather service says it may issue updated declarations in upcoming days.
High temperatures for Thursday through the weekend are expected to be in the low to mid 50s, with nighttime lows in the 30s. A warming trend with highs in the mid to upper 50s and low 60s is expected for early next week.
As for rain, a chance of sprinkles was forecast Wednesday night in the Lehigh Valley and Bucks, with a 30 percent chance of showers in the Lehigh Valley Saturday night and a chance of showers Sunday morning. No rain is forecast for Bucks from Thursday through Sunday.
