Veterans and Military Can Eat Free on Veterans Day
Several restaurant chains with nearby locations are offering free meals for veterans and active duty military on Monday.
Veterans and active duty military personnel around the area will be treated to a free meal at several chain restaurants on Monday in honor of Veterans Day.
Here's where veterans and active service men and women can get a free meal Monday:
- Applebee's, 1063 E. Street Rd., Upper Southampton
- Outback Steakhouse, 2520 York Rd., Jamison, free Bloomin' Onion and Beverage
- Texas Roadhouse is offering a free lunch on Monday.
- Olive Garden, 2328 Moreland Rd., Willow Grove
Veterans and current military personnel must show proof of service. Examples include a military identification card, or honorable discharge card, and not all locations may be participating. Check with each restaurant for more details.
