Weekend Planner: Casino Night on Friday

Help support some local charities and non-profits this weekend.

Where/when: , 30000 Ann's Choice Way, Warminster, Friday, 7-11 p.m.

Why go: Includes Beef ‘n Beer w/ cash bar, $50 in chips (chips have no cash value).  Raffles & door prizes available!  Proceeds will be used towards the purchase of new signage for all municipal parks.  Must be 21 to attend.

Cost: $30 per person

Where/when: , 333 Centennial Rd., Warminster, Saturday, 11 a.m.-7 p.m.

Why go: The day filled with fun, food, music, and soccer. Members of the Philadelphia Union will be attending with fun kid play centers and Eric Nash from the Vuvuzela: The World Soccer Show will be announcing the final game between the final two teams playing for the honored Scotsman’s Cup. All proceeds benefits the Wheeled Scotsman who raise money to help local community families accommodate their homes for a handicapped loved one.

Cost: $10 if involved with the tournament, plus donations at the gate. 

Where/when: , 433 W. Street Road, Warminster, Sunday, 8 a.m.-2 p.m.

Why go: Get your car clean and help out an important cause.

Cost: Donation

LIVE THEATER

Where/when: , 401 Jefferson Ave., beginning Friday at 8 p.m. and continuing weekends through June 23

Why go: Neil Simon’s “Plaza Suite” is sure to get at least a few laughs.

Cost: $12

JUNE FETE 

Where/when: 2990 Edge Hill Road, Huntingdon Valley, Friday from 4 p.m. until 11 p.m.; Saturday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m.

Why go: Check out live entertainment, amusement rides, fireworks and a horse and pony show.

Cost: $4 gets you in the door.
