Hatboro Rotary Annual ‘Lobster Pot’ Fundraiser

The Rotary Club of Hatboro will host its annual “Lobster Pot” fundraiser, featuring a full course dinner of either steak or lobster, music, cash bar, drawings and raffles.

Featured will be a full-course dinner consisting of either a pound-and-a-half lobster with drawn butter or filet mignon, salad, locally-grown corn-on-the-cob, homemade rolls from Silvio’s Deli & Bakery in Hatboro, cake and coffee or tea. A free hot dog dinner will be available for children attending with their families.

The event will be held rain or shine and takeout will be available in the event of inclement weather or for those who don’t want to dine on the premises.

A cash bar will be open from 4 to 10 p.m. and D.J. Jerry “Uncle Buck” Breithaupt of Hatboro will make sure there’s music for every taste. The evening will include a 50-50 drawing and a raffle for prizes. Outside beverages are not permitted.

Tickets for the “Lobster Pot,” must be purchased in advance and are available at Hatboro Federal Savings, 221 S. York Road. Tables may be reserved for parties of eight or more by calling Linda Lynd at Hatboro Federal Savings, 215-675-4000, ext. 21.
