Centennial Posting Bus Schedules Online Friday
The preliminary schedules will be available on the district website on Friday, but parents are urged to double-check the following week for any changes.
The school bags and supplies are being gathered, the new fall wardrobe is getting picked out, but there is still some important pieces of information parents need before the kids go back to school on Sept. 3.
The Centennial School District will post a preliminary bus schedule on the district website on Friday, said Superintendent Dr Joyce Mundy. She stressed that there could be last minute changes, and that parents should double check by the end of next week.
Teacher assignments and kindergarten information will also be available when the Skyward family and student access portal on Monday, Aug. 26.
Student orientations for the new McDonald Elementary will be given on Thursday, Aug. 29. The schedule is the following:
- Kindergarten 8:30-9:30 a.m.
- First Grade 9:30-10:30 a.m.
- Second Grade 10:30-11:30 a.m.
- Third Grade noon-1 p.m.
- Fourth Grade 1-2 p.m.
- Fifth Grade 2-3 p.m.
New students at Davis Elementary can receive an orientation on Thursday, Aug. 29 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Returning students and families can participate in a general walkthrough of the building on Aug. 29 between 10 a.m. and noon.
A guided tour of Klinger Middle School will be available Monday, Aug. 26 at 2 p.m. A practice locker will also be available. Tours of Log College Middle School will take place beginning at 9 a.m. on Monday Aug. 26, Wednesday Aug. 28 and Friday Aug. 30.
