Taste some beer, celebrate Earth Day, check out a show, or shop for some wares.

There may be a chance of showers in this weekend’s forecast, but don’t let the threat of a little rain keep you from enjoying all that’s happening this great Spring weekend. 

Here are some choices.

Where/when: 263 Marketplace, 700 York Road, Warminster, Sunday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Why go: Anyone is welcome to enter and win. Hundreds in prize money for the best chili and the public can come in and vote on the best chili. A $2 donation will be requested from all voters, and proceeds will be donated to Kisses for Kyle. All participants will receive a bowl, a spoon, bottle of water and tally sheet. Then, go to each contestant and get a large spoonful of chili. There will also be live musical entertainment during the event.

Cost: $25 per entry, $2 suggested donation to judge.

JARRETT NATURE CENTER 10TH BIRTHDAY PARTY/EARTH DAY CELEBRATION

Where/when: Jarrett Nature Center, 411 Babylon Road, Horsham, Saturday at 9 a.m.

Why go: Bring the family for face painting, an eco-art creation station and all things environmental.

Cost: Free 

BEER TASTING AT LEE’S HOAGIE HOUSE 

Where/when: , 870 Easton Road, Horsham, Friday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Why go: Have an opportunity to sample of variety of beer – and get the chance to win prizes.

Cost: Free 

HORSHAM CELEBRATES EARTH DAY

Where/when: , 1025 Horsham Road, Horsham, Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Why go: You can take an informative tour learn what the township is doing to protect local streams and see where drinking water comes from

Cost: Free

FIDDLER ON THE ROOF 

Where/when: , 800 Tomlinson Road, Huntingdon Valley, Friday-Sunday, 8 p.m.

Why go: A chance to see theater.

Cost: $15 for adults; $12 for students and kids.
