Grand Re-opening of Planet Fitness Set for Monday

The flurry of activity and renovations at the Center Point Shopping Center turned out to be contagious for one of the plaza's businesses. 

Planet Fitness is finishing up a months-long redesign of its Warminster branch, reconfiguring the front desk and adding new equipment and features. The exercise center has remained open for most of the project, but the new look will be officially unveiled during its grand re-opening and ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday, Sept. 16 at 11 a.m.  

As part of the celebration, now through September 27, members can join for just $1 down and then $10 a month. 

The Warminster Planet Fitness is 18,000 sq. feet and will offer brand new cardio machines, new fully equipped locker rooms with day lockers and showers, two massage chairs, 23 full size flat screen televisions, a 30-minute express circuit and 12 minute ab-circuit, two hydro-massage beds and two total body enhancement booths. The club will be open 24 hours, seven days a week.

Membership includes a variety of other benefits, including unlimited small group fitness instruction by a certified trainer. In addition, as a member appreciation gesture, Planet Fitness provides free pizza on the first Monday of every month, and free bagels on the second Tuesday of every month, while supplies last.

Planet Fitness also offers the PF Black Card membership. For $19.99 a month, this premium membership includes access to all nearly 700 clubs in the Planet Fitness chain, as well as unlimited tanning, use of massage chairs, Hydro-massage beds and Total Body enhancement bed, 50 percent off all cooler drinks, and the opportunity to bring a guest every day at no additional charge.
