How to Pick a Perfect Ear of Corn

The owner of Uncle Joe Dautcher's Farm Market has some tips to pick the best corn for dinner.

It's hard not to notice all of the fully grown corn stalks around Warminster and Bucks County. It's a delicious sign that the end of summer is here. Before you fill up that shopping basket with ears, make sure you have some good cobs.

Judy Dautcher, who runs Uncle Joe Dautcher's Farm Market at the corner of Mearns and Ivyland roads has some quick tips to help you out. The roadside farmers market currently offers rook corn at $.50 per ear. They also made room for the bakery that was originally stationed at the 263 Marketplace before the building closed.
