Lehigh Non-profit Selects Warminster Company for Management Solutions

ATR Systems will manage workforce productivity for ArtsQuest.

ArtsQuest, the Lehigh Valley nonprofit that produces the popular Musikfest festival each August, has selected a workforce management solution from Warminster's ATR Systems to improve its employee productivity.

ArtsQuest selected an ATR Systems’ time and labor management solution for its HR, scheduling and payroll capabilities. The solution, custom fit for ArtsQuest by ATR Systems, includes biometric hand readers and automates time and attendance. The solution is designed to improve payroll accuracy, control labor costs, minimize compliance risk and improve workforce productivity.

The system will be installed in ArtsQuest’s new $26.6 million ArtsQuest Center, a contemporary performing arts center located at the former Bethlehem Steel plant. The system will serve more than 200 full-time, part-time and temporary employees. The arts center opened to the public on April 15.
