Wednesday is Charity Day at Menchie's
A bowl of frozen yogurt at the Warminster shop can help raise money for local charities.
Frozen yogurt and fundraising in goes together like a bowl of peanut butter and chocolate frozen yogurt. Donating a percentage of sales to local charities and organizations is a new tradition shared by just about every frozen yogurt shop in Bucks County.
Menchie's in Warminster has taken the practice to the next level by creating Wishful Wednesdays. Each week, 10 percent of sales will benefit groups and non-profits who need a little extra help.
From now until mid-November, a purchase of a bowl of frosty goodness will earn money for three charities:
Three new charities will be selected to help out from mid-November through mid-February.
