The driver of the motorcycle, 27-year-old Eric Hammer of Huntingdon Valley, died at the hospital.

Phillyburbs.com reported a “devastated” Horowitz testified that he made a left turn out of the Ben Wilson Senior Center around 10 p.m. on Oct. 1 and was “stunned” when he saw cars coming at him. They said Horowitz told the court, "I made a right to avoid an accident. I went right, I shouldn't have."
