  • Archbishop Wood running back Desmon Peoples will announce his college choice today during a press conference at the high school. He has narrowed his choices down to Rutgers, Pittsburgh and West Virginia, according to phillyburbs.com.
  • The William Tennent is hosting a pancake breakfast/car wash at in Upper Southampton Sunday morning. From 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., supporters can enjoy a delicious breakfast, then, with a small donation, wait as their car is cleaned up.
  • Best-selling author Jennifer Weiner will make an appearance at on Saturday evening at 5:30 p.m. Fans can have books signed at $20 per autograph.
  • The National Weather Service calls for showers and heavy thunderstorms today. The sky will clear up this evening, with a low around 51 degrees.
