  • The Warminster Board of Supervisors meets tonight at the township building at 7 p.m. On the agenda is a couple presentations, one for Nativity of Our Lord for achieving [#] status and one for [#, #] for her 40 years of service as a crossing guard.
  • This morning's forecast is cloudy and rain moving in with a high of 49, according to the National Weather Service.
  • American Airlines told its unions Wednesday it plans to cut 13,000 jobs from the staff of 88,000 at the nation's No. 3 airline, CNN reports. The cuts will fall most heavily on the airline's maintenance operations, which will lose 4,600 jobs. More than 4,000 additional ground worker jobs will be eliminated, as will 2,300 flight attendant jobs.
  • On this day, February 2, 1913, Grand Central Terminal opened in New York City.
