  • Residents of Wesley Retirement Community Upper Moreland and kindergarten students from Children of America in Warminster created thank you cards and sent them to troops serving overseas on Feb. 14, Montgomery Media reports.
  • Mostly sunny, with a high near 58 and a slight chance of showers in the evening, according to the National Weather Service.
  • The Dow Jones industrial average closed higher Wednesday after hitting the intraday high of 13,000 for the first time since May 2008, ABC News reports. The stock index is at a nearly four-year high, closing just below 13,000. The Dow closed at 12,967, up 0.13 percent, while the S&P 500 closed at 1,362, up 0.08 percent.
