  • Congratulations to the seniors at Archbishop Wood on their graduation today at Villanova at 11 a.m.
  • William Tennent baseball coach and former major league baseball player Chris Marchok is hosting a baseball camp for boys and girls ages 8-15. The camp will take place at Munro Park, June 20-23 from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Cost is $175 per camper, and each players is required to bring their own equipment.
  • About 1,000 canines showed up at the Middletown Grange Fairgrounds Saturday to participate in the Huntington Valley Kennel Club's 85th annual all-breed show, NewtownPatch .
  • Former Pennsylvania senator Rick Santorum has officially declared his bid for the GOP presidential nomination, CNN reports. Santorum made the announcement during an appearance on ABC's Good Morning, America.
  • On this day, June 6, 1944, Allied forces storm the beaches of Normandy as D-Day begins.
