MILES for KYLE, too 5K Run/Walk

Where/When: , 300 Veterans Cir, Warminster. Sun 8-11am

Why Go: This 5K is held in memory of Kyle Quinn, a Warminster resident who was killed in a random act of violence while away at school at Kutztown University in 2007. The money raised is used to fund several college scholarships given out at William Tennent High School in his name. Please email KGQscholarship@gmail.com to get more information on registration for the run/walk.

Pricing:  $25 pre-registration, $30 day of event  

Tamanend Park Day

Where/When: , 1255 2nd Street Pike, Southampton. Sat.10-3pm

Why Go: Celebrate Upper Southampton Parks and Recreation Department's annual community day highlighting the different aspects of the park.

Activities Include: Tag & release butterflies, Make & take arts and crafts, Face painting, Balloon sculpting, Pony rides, Petting zoo, Hayrides

Entertainment includes: Magic Show, Lenape Nation Dancers, PA 5th Regiment, Live music

All activities are Free, Food will be available for purchase.

All You Can Eat Pancake Breakfast

Where/When: W.K. Bray Lodge #410, 1 S Penn St, Hatboro. Sat. 8-11am

Why Go: All you can eat Pancake Breakfast

9/11 Memorial Worship Service

Where/When: Calvary Presbyterian Church , 405 Easton Rd, Willow Grove. Sun. 5:30-7:30pm

Why Go:  Where is God during tragedies like September 11th, 2001?  Why does He permit such events?  Is there a greater purpose?  As we remember the tragedy of 9/11, we will present the Bible's perspective on these difficult questions.  A meal will follow.
