Hear some music, have some fun and fight hunger while you're at it.

The last weekend of February is upon us. Before March takes hold, take some time to enjoy yourself. Here are some options.

Why go: Enjoy the music of Casual Badger and a guest appearance by Halestorm bassist Josh Smith at a concert that will benefit the  Strong Kids Campaign.

TRI-CHAMBER BEEF AND BEER 

Where/when: , 3855 Blair Mill Road, Horsham, Saturday at 7 p.m.

Why go: Fun, food, dancing and prizes

Cost: $25

Where/when: , 135 S Main St., Doylestown, Friday at 7 p.m.

Why go: Student band Tears of Requiem and instructor band Hellblock 6 perform a night of hard rock to help the hungry.  Bring a canned food donation and enjoy the show.

Cost: A can of food.

Where/when: Historic Moland House, 1641 Old York Road, Hartsville, Saturday at 1 p.m.

Why go: Author John Nagy Discusses His New Book, "Spies in the Continental Capital" which covers the critical role of British, French, and American intelligence operations in Philadelphia and colonial Pennsylvania.

Cost: $5

Where/when: , 1415 Second Street Pike, Southampton, Friday at 7 p.m., Saturday at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Why go: Sing along with the Oompa Loompas and savor the flavor of an everlasting gobstopper!
