LISTEN: 911 Calls From Night of Warminster Police Shooting
The Bucks County District Attorney's Office released portions of Deborah Silva's 911 call during the alleged shootout between Andrew Cairns and Warminster Police at the Jefferson on the Creek apartment complex.

Heckler said Silva called police that evening to report that her boyfriend, Andrew Cairns, had locked himself in his bedroom and fired two shots from his pistol.
According to Heckler, that call turned into a 27 minute conversation between Silva and a 911 dispatcher, with the fatal shot that killed Zienkewicz being fired by police around 17 minutes into the call.

"Listening to the tape of that communication, of Ms. Silva who is obviously intoxicated in one way or another, is one of the most maddingly, frustrating experiences I have had in a long time,” he said, during a press confrence Thursday.
