| Fire officials said three lightning bolts sparked a four-alarm blaze that injured several people, including five firefighters, at a Middletown Township apartment complex Sunday night. | Hatboro officials have decided not to seek outside applicants for its borough manager post, which was most recently held by Steven Plaugher, whose last day of work was Friday. In Plaugher’s place, Public Works Superintendent Fred Zollers – who was named interim borough manager last week – will serve through at least the remainder of the year in both roles. | An operation to rebuild and improve New Britain Road in Doylestown Township will close the road to through traffic for six weeks, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
