B-STRONG ICE SKATING FUNDRAISER

Where/when: The Rink at Warwick, 1621 Mearns Rd., Warwick, Sunday, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Why go: Enjoy an afternoon of skating, pizza and prizes while helping raise money to help families with kids diagnosed with cancer.

CLOTHING CARNIVAL ARRIVES

Where/when: 263 Marketplace , 700 York Road, Warminster, Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday noon to 4 p.m. 

Why go: Find children's consignment bargains on fall/winter clothes, sports equipment, toys and more. 

Cost: Free admission, costs vary depending on purchases.

GOLF MEETS THE THEATER STAGE

Where/when: The Village Players of Hatboro, 401 Jefferson Ave., are staging the comedy, “The Fox on the Fairway” on Saturday at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m.

Why go: You don’t have to be a golf pro to find humor in this golf-centric farce.

Cost: Tickets cost $12 on Saturday and $10 on Sunday.

THIRD ANNUAL WAG & WALK FOR ALZHEIMER'S

Where/when: Warminster Community Park, 300 Veterans Cir., Warminster, Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Why go: Bring your friendly dog out for a fun fall walk. All donations go directly to the 2012 Walk to End Alzheimer’s.

Cost: $10

STUDENT AUTHOR BOOK SIGNING

Where/when: Barnes & Noble, 835 Old York Rd., Jenkintown, Saturday from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Why go: Log College student author Victoria Johnson will be signing copies of her published children's book The Lemonade Standoff.
