Economic strength is required for us to thrive as a community.  We must create a better environment for residents and businesses to stay or come in and to create jobs.  This better environment is created by upgrading streets and storm water control, development of empty and abandoned buildings and enhancing existing shopping areas, common areas and parks and recreational facilities.  This all can be done while keeping taxes down through grants and a Township/business partnership.  Thus the residents benefit from improvements in infrastructure and quality of life without having an added tax burden.
