Tue/Thu: 6:10-7:10 PM
Mix and Match allows you to
switch up your fitness routine. So, if
you sign up for two classes a week, that means you can take any of the classes
below, twice in that week. There is no
need to worry about missing a workout, because you can make it up in another
class. Classes are for persons 16 years and older. Certified Instructors:
