We have teamed up with the Cornerstone Clubs to offer additional classes to round out your fitness regimen. All classes are held at Cornerstone Fitness and Spa, Warrington (847 Easton Rd, Warrington, PA 18976) WREC Member Discount Applies. Childcare may be available for siblings up to age 6. This aqua fitness class combines strength and toning exercises performed in the shallow end of the pool. The class is moderate to high intensity, but is gentle on the joints.
