Namaste Baby Mother-Infant Yoga Workshop @ Cornerstone
We have teamed up with the Cornerstone Clubs to offer additional classes to round out your fitness regimen. All classes are held at Cornerstone Fitness and Spa, Warrington (847 Easton Rd, Warrington, PA 18976) WREC Member Discount Applies. Childcare may be available for siblings up to age 6. Namaste Baby is a mother-infant yoga workshop that promotes a better bond through physical movement and emotional connectedness. Asana work improves strength, coordination, balance and problem solving for the infant and mother, and infants will rest more easily and soundly, having expressed positive physical energy with their mother’s help.
