Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga @ Cornerstone
We have teamed up with the Cornerstone Clubs to offer additional classes to round out your fitness regimen. All classes are held at Cornerstone Fitness and Spa, Warrington (847 Easton Rd, Warrington, PA 18976) WREC Member Discount Applies. Childcare may be available for siblings up to age 6. Fees: $69/person / Max.12 participants
This class is devoted to prenatal and recently postnatal yogis and their journey to discover and embrace the sacredness of motherhood. Each class will focus on stretching and strengthening the muscles of the body as it prepares for and recovers from the childbirth experience. Although a note from your OB/GYN is not required to participate in this class, it is crucial that all registrants keep their OB/GYN or midwife informed of all physical activity to insure the safety of both mother and baby.
