Whether you're looking for something fun to do with your toddler or you want to get them started on yoga at an early age, Mommy and Me yoga offers a great opportunity for bonding, interacting, and even relaxing with your little one. Many of the techniques used in class can easily be duplicated at home to ease boredom on a rainy day or calm a tantrum that spins out of control. For walking tots, ages 2-4. Please no more than 2 children per parent. Bring a mat, if you have one. Please note: We do not have babysitting available for siblings not enrolled in class. Instructor: Maria VanderVliet
