Zumba Gold modifies the moves and pacing of regular Zumba to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. Sign up under the Mix & Match Fitness Program Mix and Match allows you to switch up your fitness routine. So, if you sign up for two classes a week you can take any classes, twice in that week. There is no need to worry about missing a workout, because you can make it up in another class. Other Mix & Match classes available: Zumba, Zumba Gold, Zumba Gold Toning, Cardio/Sculpt, Boot Camp/Circuit, Mat Pilates. Classes are for persons 16 years and older.
