State offices are closed, including PennDOT driver's license and photo centers. (Driver and vehicle online services are available. www.dmv.state.pa.us) 

Federal offices are closed. 

Post offices are closed, and there will be no mail pickup or delivery. Express Mail will be delivered.

Retail: Most retail and entertainment establishments are open.

Pennsylvania Liquor stores are closed.

Banks: Most are closed.
