Freedom to play a song!

I just read an article about a teacher who is being penalized for playing a song called "Same Love!"

How wrong of society to not allow this to be enjoyed, does anyone else see that her rights of freedom are not being utilized? Is it wrong that those who whether gay or straight are treated differently?

People this is America, this is going to be 2013, have we not had enough hate in this world! So what people are saying if they allow this teacher to be punished is that the only thing that is acceptable is being a what? Let's stop thinking like cavemen and realize that gay is nothing to be ashamed of, gay is a term that society gave to specific people, who is to say they are not the normal ones and all who love the opposite are the weird ones? Really people define normal?

Now in this day and age and all the "different" types of people and all the mixed people, I personally would rather have a "gay" person around me then a drug addict, thief and so on.

Besides, wasn't it in the '50's that people who were happy called gay? Ummmm, now wouldn't a person who is following their personal choice in partner be considered happy? So the real reason people have issues with "gays" is because they don't believe everyone should be happy? Well people get over it because I really think that all those who are so against happy people are the ones who should be deemed the negative title.

I am happy to have anyone gay, straight, of color, not of color, different religions, different political views, anyone who is good within, anyone who does not harm, around me and those who are the druggies, morons and so on can go live their miserable life elsewhere.
