John Leedom, 75, Artist and Craftsman

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Mr. Leedom's memorial service 10 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 28, at the Decker Funeral Home in Warminster.

John W. Leedom, a 38 year resident of Warrington and grew up in Warminster, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2013, at his home. He was 75.

He was the beloved husband of 55 years to Patricia (Walther) Leedom.

Born in Doylestown, he was the son of the late William H. and Alma E. (Gommel) Leedom.

He was the loving father of Jonathan Leedom (Robin) of Hatfield, Jeffrey Leedom of Warrington and Michael Leedom of Montana; brother of Ernest Leedom (Pat) of Carlisle, Pa., Alma Schneider (Lance) of Pt. Pleasant, and Joan Kilgus (Robert) of South Carolina; brother-in-law of Barbara Lukens (Paul) of Bedminster; grandfather, Michelle Scott (Anthony) and Patrick Leedom; and his dear friend, Pamela O'Neill of Philadelphia.

John worked as a machinist and was known as a Bucks County artist and Craftsman.

The family would like to make a special thank you to the people who work for Abington Hospice at Warminster, for the wonderful and compassionate care they showed John and his family.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his memorial service 10 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 28, at the Decker Funeral Home, 216 York Road, Warminster. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Abington Hospice at Warminster, 225 Newtown Road, Warminster, PA 18974, in memory of John.
