Josephine Ardizzi, 92, World War II Sergeant

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing and to participate in her funeral Mass Wednesday at the Church of St. Robert Bellarmine in Warrington.

Josephine K. (Klein) Ardizzi of Warminster, formerly of Olney, Sergeant, World War II, U.S. Strategic Bombing Survey, London, England, died peacefully after a short illness, Friday, Jan. 3, 2014, surrounded by her family. She was 92.

She was the loving wife of the late Peter F. Ardizzi for 66 years; and dear mother of Joseph Ardizzi, Ph.D., and Carol Ardizzi. She was the daughter of the late Frederic and Louisa Grosholz Klein; dear sister of the late Marie Klein Worrall, Ruth Klein Von Hagen, and Eleanor Klein Pierce. She also is survived by her nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing after 9:30 a.m. and to participate in her funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 8, at the Church of St. Robert Bellarmine, 856 Euclid Ave., Warrington, 18976. Interment will be in St. John Neumann Cemetery, Warrington Township.

In lieu of flowers, an offering may be made in her memory to St. Robert Bellarmine Church; the PA Chapter of the 8th Air Force Historical Society, c/o Judy Rosensteel, 212 Dix Drive, N.
