Marie Latare, 74, Doylestown Toe Tapper

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Friday at Redemption Episcopal Church in Upper Southampton.

Marie D. Latare, of Warminster died peacefully on Monday, November 18 at Luther Woods Rehabilitation Center in Hatboro. She was 74.

Marie was the beloved wife of 53 years to James T. Latare Sr.

Born in Philadelphia, Marie was the daughter of the late Frank B. and Mary A. McBride Tyler.

Marie was a long time resident of Warminster. She was a member of the Welcome Wagon, the Doylestown Toe Tappers and the Buxmont Art League. In her leisure, she enjoyed doll collecting and loved spending time with her dogs.

In addition to her beloved husband James, Marie is survived by her two sons and their wives; James T. Latare Jr. and Pamela of West Chester, Pa., and Lance F. Latare and Melody of Hatboro, Pa.; her sister Betty Wilkinson; and her four grandchildren Searra, Lance Jr., Danielle, and Austin.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Friday, November 22 from 10 a.m. until her funeral service 11 a.m. at Redemption Episcopal Church, 1101 Second Street Pike, Southampton.

Interment will follow in Rosedale Memorial Park, Bensalem.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Women Humane Society, 3839 Richlieu Road, Bensalem, PA 19020.
