Pasquale Triosi Dies at 31; Navy Petty Officer, Archbishop Wood Alumnus

He was an active duty Navy Petty Officer who had just returned home from a seven-month deployment to Afghanistan, completing his 4th tour to the Middle East.

Pasquale Antonio Troisi of Warminster passed away on Monday, March 18, 2013 at Temple University Hospital Burn Center after suffering injuries from a fire. He was 31.

Born in Abington, he was the son of Pamela Desch Troisi of Warminster.

Mr. Troisi was an active duty Navy Petty Officer who had just returned home from a seven-month deployment to Afghanistan, completing his 4th tour to the Middle East.

Pasquale joined the Navy at the age of 19 after graduating from Archbishop Wood High School in 2001 with hopes of becoming a Navy Seal. He worked his way up by serving in combat tours in Iraq. Before entering Navy Seal training, Pasquale suffered several injuries forcing him to withdraw from training. He quickly volunteered for his 4th and final tour to Afghanistan in July of 2012.

Pasquale’s dedication and commitment to his country may only be superseded by his unfailing love to his family. He will be forever remembered by the people whose lives he touched.

Pasquale, who was currently stationed and resided in San Diego, CA, is survived by his loving fianceé, Erin Callahan, along with their two children, Giovanni and Matteo. He is also survived by his sister, Angelique Kelso Troisi of Bethlehem, his brothers Antonio Troisi of Deerfield Florida and Guiseppe Troisi of Warminster and his adoring grandparents Marian and Joseph Desch of Warminster.

Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing on Wednesday, March 20th from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd. (at Holland Rd.) in Richboro, and on Thursday, March 21st from 9:30 a.m. until his Funeral Mass 11:00am at Nativity of Our Lord Church, 605 West Street Rd., Warminster, PA 18974.

Interment will follow with Military Honors at Washington Crossing National Cemetery in Newtown.
