Coach Clearances for Warminster Baseball/Softball

Coach Clearances for Warminster Baseball/Softball. Who verifies that all Coaches, all the people that we trust with our kids every season actually have their clearances? The WBBA website has the forms there. The site tells you what is required, but as far as I know there is NO FOLLOW UP. Does anyone have coaching experience in Warminster? Have you been asked to get all clearances (fingerprints, criminal background check, etc). Please weigh in!
