Crews Make Short Work of Grocery Store Fire
The meat case at Aldi Food Market caught fire Saturday morning. The fire has been extinguished, but the store will remain closed during clean-up.
Emergency personnel were called to the Aldi Food Market at the Rosemore Shopping Center on County Line Road Saturday morning after a fire started in the grocery store's meat case, according to Warminster Fire Chief Mitch Shapiro.
Fire departments from Warminster, Hatboro, Horsham and Hartsville arrived on the scene at approximately 9:40 a.m. and kept the fire contained and quickly extinguished it, Shapiro said.
"The store will be closed for a short period of time as they clean up from the smoke damage and dispose of the items," Shapiro said.
